FINATRA classical credit terms
Amount : from 5 000 000 FCFA
Duration : 12 to 48 months
Terms : be salaried (private or public) and have at least a 2 years' service.
Documents required :
- originals of the last 3 pay slips. Calculation of the loan ratio is subject to the production of the last 3 pay slips.
- 1 copy of the national identity card (ID) or passport (certified for civil servants) bearing 3 specimen signatures
- 1 copy of a valid residence permit for expatriates (certified for civil servants)
- 1 payment schedule for current loans or certificate of completion of loan repayment / no current loan
- 1 job certificate with a validity of less than three months
- 1 certificate of effective membership of a corps stating the retirement age (Military)
- 1 pro forma invoice
- Work contract or renewal thereof for expatriates
For secured loans, the person standing security is required to produce the same documents as the loan applicant, the pro forma invoice aside.

BGFIBAIL leasing terms
BGFIBAIL offers small- and medium-sized businesses and industries, whatever their areas of activity, a 100 percent-financing for their large-scale or unitary investments in the purchase of equipment.
Payments of interest are spread out over 3 or 4 years and remain constant over the said period. The only disbursement effected at signing of the contract represents one month of lease paid in advance, a margin deposit equivalent to one monthly instalment (refunded at the end of the lease agreement) and administration charges.
At termination of the lease agreement, several options are available : transferring the property of the financed item at a previoulsy agreed price, pursuing the lease under new terms, or refunding it to BGFIBAIL.

- Possess a realistic borrowing and repayment capacity
