The new-generation Super-Ice-cube machine is equipped with an electronic card which replaces all the traditional electromechanical components (thermostat, automatic time switch, etc) and monitors all the device's operations. All models comprise a water-emptying kit of high-level performance. Most CHR (Cafés, Hotels and Restaurants) are provided with the SCOTSMAN ice-cube machine.
